We will be releasing updates to our Data Calculations feature and the associated Calculated Metrics on Saturday, May 18, starting at 2:00 AM EDT (8:00 AM CET). The release activities are expected to last for 3 hours.
During this time the Data Calculations feature might not work as expected. This means that issues can occur with creating, editing and deleting Calculated Metrics, with editing and managing Datablocks on which Calculated Metrics are used and with Notifications (Reports, Schedules snapshots, Scorecards, etc.) that contain Calculated Metrics - please note that all Notifications scheduled for the given period will be postponed for approximately 2-3 hours to ensure that valid data is provided on Notifications when they are sent out.
Please note that all Calculated Metrics that contain only 'undefined' elements (where no Metrics are selected within the Data Calculation) will be removed during the release.
If any issues should still appear with Calculated Metrics after the completion of the release, please clear the browser cache or change the browser you are using to access Databox to make sure that any older code still referenced in the browser is removed.
