Due to unforeseen circumstances we are extending the Maintenance period for upgrading the Metrics with the Percentage format until Tuesday, February 7th, 2023.

During the maintenance, data syncing for Metrics of the Data Source that we will be working on might be delayed periodically.

We appreciate your patience and understanding. If you have any questions or if you experience any syncing issues or data discrepancies with the designated Metrics for a period of more than 2 days, please reach out to our Support team via chat or at help@databox.com.

Today, February 1st, we are moving into the final stages of upgrading the Metrics with the Percentage format. From today and until Friday, February 3rd, we will be performing the upgrade of such Metrics for five of our widely used integrations:
- Google Search Console
- Google Ads
- Facebook
- Facebook Ads
- Google Analytics

During this time, occasional syncing issues can occur for the listed Data Sources - syncing can be delayed or not executed for scheduled and on-demand syncs.
As a result, delays can occur with getting the most recent data on the Datablocks and issues may occur with using the Query Builder, loading data after changing the Date Range, displaying data in Advances Settings.

We appreciate your patience and understanding. Metrics will be updated in batches, so if the syncing issues appear on your account for more than one full day, please reach out to our Support team via chat or at help@databox.com.

During this time, we will continue to gradually roll out changes to Metrics with Percentage format from 25 integrations in Databox. We will be working on a selected amount of Metrics at a time.

During the maintenance, data syncing for these Metrics might be delayed periodically.
