We will be performing a Scheduled maintenance - an upgrade of the Metrics with the Percentage format for a duration of 9 days, starting on Wednesday, January 18th, at 12.00 AM EDT (6.00 AM CET).
During this time, we will gradually roll our changes to Metrics with Percentage format from 25 integrations in Databox. We will be working on a selected amount of Metrics at a time.
During the maintenance, data syncing for these Metrics might be delayed periodically.
We appreciate your patience and understanding. If you have any questions or if you experience any syncing issues or data discrepancies with the designated Metrics for a period of more than 2 days, please reach out to our Support team via chat or at help@databox.com.
