Today, January 27, we will be updating the definitions of Shopify current metrics at around 9AM EDT (3PM CET. The affected metrics: - Total customers, - Products, - Quantity by Product Variant, - Low inventory.
Current metrics are characterised by not supporting any historical data - they just provide the current data.
The new definitions describe the metrics more accurately and reflect the state available on the Shopify user interface. Please be advised that new metric values may deviate from the values previously shown in Databox. This is expected and should improve the usefulness of these metrics.
