We experienced issues with one of our databases today, March 19, between 2.50 AM EDT and 3.15 AM EDT (7.50 AM CET and 8.15 AM CET).
During this time, metric preparation (creating and editing metrics in Metric builder, using metrics on boards and in reports) and connecting of data sources was unavailable.
The issue has been permanently resolved.
