Today, September 10th, 2025, we are releasing a new feature named Advanced Filtering.
The release also includes migrating all Databox accounts to the new way of filtering data in Databox. This migration is taking longer than expected, so please note that certain temporary issues may appear in the app until the migration is fully completed: - Filtering may not be available during migration. - Users may experience slow or extended loading times - no data loading.
Additionally, you may also experience the following filtering related issues: - Functionalities using breakdown by dimensions (e.g., Databoards, Reports, Data calculations, etc.) may show incorrect or missing values. - Certain datasets or spaces might not migrate properly and could temporarily appear empty or broken. - Missing historical values. - The web app might appear slower than usual.
We are working hard at completing the migration as soon as possible. We will keep you posted on the progress.
