Google Search Console API Delay

Incident Report for Databox

Resolved

Google has resolved the issue, and data is once again accessible via the API.
Please note that the incident affected multiple Google Cloud products—not just Google Search Console.

However, some data from the affected period (June 3rd–June 13th) may still be missing from the API. As a result, you might notice gaps or missing data in Databox for those dates.

If you have any questions, feel free to contact our Support team via in-app chat or at help@databox.com.

Update

Due to an issue with Google’s API provider (see incident details at https://status.cloud.google.com/incidents/ow5i3PPK96RduMcb1SsW), we experienced failures in syncing data for custom metrics using the native BigQuery integration. This also caused delays in syncing custom metrics across other native SQL integrations.

The issue associated with SQL integrations occurred between approximately 2:00 PM and 4:45 PM EDT (8:00 PM–10:45 PM CET).

We are still seeing certain delays with receiving data from Google’s API provider.

Investigating

We are currently experiencing a delay in receiving data from the Google Search Console API. As of now, no new data has been reported since June 3rd.

This issue appears to be on the side of the API provider (Google Search Console), and we are monitoring the situation closely. We will share further updates as soon as we receive more information or the API resumes normal data flow.

Thank you for your patience and understanding. If you have any questions, please reach out to our Support services via chat or help@databox.com.
