Scheduled

On Thursday, July 24th, between 2:00 AM and 4:00 AM EDT (8:00 AM – 10:00 AM CET), we will be migrating all Klaviyo users from API key–based authentication to OAuth, in line with Klaviyo’s updated integration requirements.

As part of this change, all existing Klaviyo connections in Databox will be disconnected, and users will be prompted to reconnect via OAuth.

What to Expect:
- All Klaviyo data sources will enter a ‘Reconnect’ state until users complete the OAuth re-authentication process.
- During the first few days, the Klaviyo app may temporarily appear as ‘Unverified’ when connecting, while our OAuth app is being validated.
- Some users may notice new account ID labels (e.g., ABCED) in the interface instead of previously shown usernames.
- Live dashboards using Klaviyo data will pause updates until the data source is reconnected.

We appreciate your understanding and recommend reconnecting your Klaviyo accounts as soon as possible once prompted to avoid any data interruptions.

If you experience any issues after the maintenance period, please reach out to our Support services via chat or help@databox.com.
