We have identified and resolved degraded performance when navigating through Databox app. The issue started around 7:00 am EST and was resolved at 9:10 am EST.
The issue could have been identified by experiencing long loading time when going from one page to another, for example, when opening the Databoards page, the Metrics page or navigating between Agency and Client accounts.
The syncing of data was not affected.
We’ll continue monitoring the Web app performance to make sure it’s not hindered in any way.
