Resolved: Temporary issue with visualizing data across Databox app

We have successfully resolved the issue and have been monitoring it for the past few hours.

Today, between 12.30 pm and 2 pm EDT, we experienced a temporary loading issue with visualizing data across Databox app. The issue has been resolved.

The issue could have been identified by seeing the loading bar “Please wait while preparing your data” during that period.

Data was synced as expected. The issue affected only the visualization of already synced data.

We are working on a post mortem.
