One of our syncing services, responsible for syncing data on all Data Sources with Custom Date Range enabled, was down. This caused a sync delay on all Data Sources where Custom Date Range is enabled. The sync delay lasted 5 hours, starting at 9:41 pm EST, on March 1st. (02:41 am UTC, on March 2nd). We resolved the cause of the issue this morning, at 3:00 am EST (8:00 am UTC), when data syncs resumed as expected.
Due to this issue, some sync requests were lost, and could not be successfully automatically re-synced. However, all data will re-sync upon activity, like logging into Databox or access their Databoards via Shareable URL, for example.
