Syncing delay for Data Sources where Custom Date Range is enabled

One of our syncing services, responsible for syncing data on all Data Sources with Custom Date Range enabled, was down. This caused a sync delay on all Data Sources where Custom Date Range is enabled. The sync delay lasted 5 hours, starting at 9:41 pm EST, on March 1st. (02:41 am UTC, on March 2nd).
We resolved the cause of the issue this morning, at 3:00 am EST (8:00 am UTC), when data syncs resumed as expected.

Due to this issue, some sync requests were lost, and could not be successfully automatically re-synced. However, all data will re-sync upon activity, like logging into Databox or access their Databoards via Shareable URL, for example.

All data is now syncing as expected again.

Connecting new data sources wasn’t affected.
