We will be performing scheduled maintenance of the Databox platform for approximately 1 hour on April 14, starting at 1:00 AM EDT. During this time, the web application is expected to remain fully operational; however, in rare cases, some users may experience brief or intermittent issues with data appearing in the app. Syncing will not be affected.
As part of our SOC 2 compliance initiative, we are tightening network access to improve the security of our infrastructure. This change affects internal systems used for service discovery, which support customer databases. We do not expect any customer impact, but our team will be closely monitoring system health throughout the maintenance window.
