Investigating
We are experiencing issues with performing scheduled syncs for metrics within Databox. This means that your most recent data may not be visible in Databox. The so-called on-demand syncs, which entail syncing data when you are creating or editing metrics, changing date ranges, etc., are not impacted.
We are working on the matter and will share updates here soon.
