Earlier today the Databox app was inaccessible for 8 minutes, between 7.08 AM EDT - 7.16 AM EDT (1.08 PM CET - 1.16 PM CET). The issue has been resolved.
The behavior resulted from communication issues between HAProxy and the backend servers. We're looking into preventing any such behaviour in the future.
