We will be performing scheduled maintenance of the Databox platform from Monday, March 11th till Wednesday, March 13th. Maintenance activities will be carried out each day between 1:00 AM EDT - 7:00 AM EDT (6:00 AM CET - 1:00 PM CET).
During this time, we will have to stop some of our services for a few minutes to implement the upgrade. After the upgrade, the services will be reactivated. Databox app will be accessible throughout the upgrade, but some components of the app might be impacted for a few minutes such as loading data in the app, Databoard loading, using Query Builder and Data Calculations, and accessing Advanced Settings.
On-demand and scheduled syncs might be slightly delayed.
