We will be performing scheduled maintenance of the Databox platform for approximately 1 hour on April 15, starting at 1:00 AM EDT. During this time, the web application is expected to remain fully operational; however, in rare cases, some users may experience brief delays in data displaying in the app. Syncing will not be affected.
As part of this window, we're performing a minor infrastructure cleanup as part of our ongoing SOC 2 compliance efforts. We do not expect any customer impact, but our team will be closely monitoring system health throughout.
