Incident Report for Databox

Resolved

We experienced an issue affecting the delivery of scheduled Scorecards. During this incident, some Scorecards were delayed and were not sent as expected between Friday, 16:00 CEST (09:00 EST) and Monday, 17:00 CEST (10:00 EST).

The issue has been resolved, and all delayed Scorecards have now been successfully delivered. We will continue monitoring to ensure normal operation.
