On Tuesday, January 11, we identified and resolved an issue with on-demand data preparations. Affected were several functionalities in the app - Query Builder preview, accessing Advanced Settings and using the Designer for editing processes that rely on on-demand syncing.
Affected were all users who were in the process of editing features in their Databox account between 10.15 am EDT and 11.04 am EDT (between 16:15 CET and 17:04 CET).
The issue has been resolved. Loading data from the warehouse works as expected now.
