We will be performing a scheduled maintenance of our authentication system on Saturday, November 19th, for a duration of 3 hours starting at 01:00 AM EDT (07:00 AM CET).

The maintenance will include a release of a new authentication service for both of the existing Databox products (Analytics & Benchmark groups).

During the maintenance, potential issues might appear during the login/signup process to the Databox Platform. All active sessions will be logged out from both - Web & Mobile Apps, therefore re-login with the same credentials will be required after the maintenance will be completed on our end.
