Scheduled - We will be performing scheduled maintenance of the Databox platform from Wednesday, April 10th until Friday, April 12th. Maintenance activities will be carried out each day between 1:00 AM EDT - 8:00 AM EDT (7:00 AM CET - 2:00 PM CET).

During this time, we will have to stop some of our services for a few minutes to implement the upgrade. After the upgrade, the services will be reactivated. Databox app might occasionally be unavailable for a few minutes throughout the upgrade. While the app will be accessible, some components of the app might be impacted for a few minutes such as loading data in the app, Databoard loading, using Query Builder and Data Calculations, and accessing Advanced Settings.

On-demand and scheduled syncs might be slightly delayed.

Resolved - Issues resolved. Pusher cluster change was performed. Data loading is back to normal, Data Source connectivity issues are no longer present.

Identified - We are experiencing issues with the external service Pusher.
We use Pusher for data loading, connecting new data sources, reconnecting existing data sources and all other asynchronous updates, so issues will potentially appear in all these areas.

The issues started on their side since 19:13 UTC. We are observing the status and functioning of the Pusher service. We will share updates soon.
