We will be performing scheduled maintenance of the Databox platform from Wednesday, April 10th until Friday, April 12th. Maintenance activities will be carried out each day between 1:00 AM EDT - 8:00 AM EDT (7:00 AM CET - 2:00 PM CET).

During this time, we will have to stop some of our services for a few minutes to implement the upgrade. After the upgrade, the services will be reactivated. Databox app might occasionally be unavailable for a few minutes throughout the upgrade. While the app will be accessible, some components of the app might be impacted for a few minutes such as loading data in the app, Databoard loading, using Query Builder and Data Calculations, and accessing Advanced Settings.

On-demand and scheduled syncs might be slightly delayed.
